Waka Ama Indoor Training

Waka Ama Training Indoor is a dynamic and exciting way to stay active and improve your overall fitness. Waka Ama is a traditional outrigger canoe sport that originated in Polynesia and is now popular around the world. In Waka Ama Training Indoor, participants use a specialized indoor rowing machine called an ergometer to simulate paddling a waka ama canoe.
